* At 926 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Madison,
  moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Madison, Chesapeake, Marmet, Belle, Cedar Grove, East Bank, Van,
  Julian, Danville, Sylvester, Seth, Turtle Creek, Leewood, Dawes,
  Prenter, Ashford, Sharon, Eskdale, Foster, and Racine.

This includes the following highways...
 West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 69 and 92.
 Route 119 between mile markers 45 and 59, and near mile marker 62.
