FOR NORTHEASTERN KAY COUNTY...

At 1021 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 3 miles east of Arkansas City to 7 miles northwest of
Fairfax to 4 miles southeast of Wynona, moving south at 30 mph.
