At 600 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Belfast, moving
northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include...
West Union, Peebles, Winchester, Seaman, Belfast, Emerald, Cherry
Fork, Dunkinsville, May Hill, Serpent Mound, Locust Grove, Cedar
Mills, and Smoky Corners.
