...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM CDT FOR EAST
CENTRAL WINONA...WEST CENTRAL LA CROSSE AND SOUTH CENTRAL TREMPEALEAU
COUNTIES...

At 603 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Dakota, or 9 miles northwest of La Crescent, moving
northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

This dangerous storm will be near...
  Brice Prairie around 610 PM CDT.
  Holmen around 615 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include New
Amsterdam.

This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 267 and
269.
