...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 430 PM MDT
FOR WEST CENTRAL STANLEY COUNTY...

At 405 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Sansarc, or 33
miles west of Fort Pierre, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Trained weather spotters. At 400 pm, a rotating wall cloud 
         produced a brief funnel near Highway 14, north of Hayes. 
        
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail 
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind 
         damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of west
central Stanley County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This storm is producing large hail. SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy
structure and stay away from windows.
