Product Description

Correlation Coefficient (or CC) is a dual-polarization product made possible by the radar transmitting two pulses; one oriented horizontally and the other vertically. CC is evaluated by comparing the similarity or dissimilarity between pulses or scans meaning this is a product that takes time into consideration. Its uses are many and varied, in some cases requiring a comparison to base velocity or reflectivity for proper analysis.
