PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR FORM:
- Is there a problem? We may already know about it. Sometimes, you ARE the first responder to a problem occurring on our app. However, if you want to be sure that we don't already know about the issue, check the following social media outlets: NEXLAB Facebook, CODMeteorology Twitter , and CODWxData Twitter. Also check the 'Attention User' message for our Numerical Models. If your issue has not recently been acknowledged by any of these outlets, LET US KNOW!
- BE DETAILED IN YOUR COMMENTS! If you are contacting us because of a broken product or feature, here is a list of specific information that can GREATLY help us quickly diagnose the problem; What product you are using? How did you get to that product (meaning, what link did you click and how did you navigate to it)? What type of device you are using? What is the operating system of that device? When did you first notice the problem occuring?
- We appreciate positive feedback too! Users often tend to write us when something breaks, which is exactly what this form is for. However, we often get feedback from users with comments about products, features, and content that they are happy we offer. Please do not be shy to share ALL of your thoughts, good and bad! We take all the feedback we can get and we're very thick skinned! We are committed to improving, and sometimes that means NOT changing things that everyone loves!
